We offer the exciting opportunity to freelance in the fast-growing Smart Contracts & Automation Practice Group from adv!sme. We are looking for a technically strong and experienced business lawyer with a passion for customer service who will help us to further expand the Practice Group.

 

adv!sme supports SMEs with a focus on providing legal services efficiently, cost-effectively and of high quality. You will work with a dynamic and motivated team on a wide range of commercial matters.

Your tasks

 

• Further developing the Smart Contracts & Automation Practice Group.

• Rendering legal advice through smart contracts.

• Advising SMEs regarding their legal automation projects, checking, monitoring and drafting business contracts and digitization of such contracts

• Independent legal support for all legal concerns of SMEs.

• Establishing and expanding customer relationships - adv!sme pursues a unique customer-oriented approach when providing legal services. We expect you to take ownership and act as first point of contact for all legal inquiries a customer might have. You will be involved in building customer relationships and find ways to continuously expand adv!sme's legal practice.

 

 

Your profile

 

• Admitted to the Swiss bar

• > 10 years PQE in a law firm or as in-house counsel.

• German is your mother tongue and you have a very good knowledge of English - any other national language is an advantage.

• You are socially competent and communicative and have a flair for customer service.

• You have an affinity for new technologies and would like to proactively drive and help shape the digital transformation of the legal services industry.
