Désirée has more than 20 years of professional experience as a lawyer. She has also tried the federal court.
She has particular expertise in the areas of M&A, joint ventures, private equity investments and capital raising for public and private companies.
Désirée regularly advises on corporate and commercial law and has experience in advising on foreign investments, especially in common law jurisdictions.
